Fitness Classes
At SPARC we have a variety of group classes for everyone. Zumba, Total Body Conditioning, Spinning and many more. Reach your goals while having fun and enjoying yourself. We are a team and together we strive to a better version of ourselves.

Ever heard about functional training? At SPARC we took it to another level and we designed the SHOP, a room dedicated to hybrid functional training. What is Hybrid Functional Training? Our highly motivated athletic department is constantly on the move to create unique, out of the box, workouts. Combining HIIT, Functional Training and Resistance Training our SHOP classes redefine your usual method of working out. 45 minutes and you’re done. You don’t have to spend hours in the gym to get fitter, faster and stronger.

Classes have maximum sizes so please arrive early to ensure you are able to secure a spot in popular classes. You can book in for the class and reserve your spot at reception up to 30mins prior and receive a ticket for that class.
